By commissioning me, you declare that you have read and accepted all the conditions described here.

I have the right to refuse a commission.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

To use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, the client must pay an additional fee. The fee will be discussed in the final quote.

Please consider my style before commissioning work. Please do not request characters/drawing types that do not go well with my style or else you may end up disappointed or your request will be rejected. If you are not sure, don't hesitate to ask.

I can post my artwork on any of my galleries, websites and social media, and you can post it on any of your profiles. Please always credit me as @nydixty.

You have to include a description and visible references. You can send me as many references as you want (it will speed up the work process). The more information the better, poses, clothes, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. It can also be your own sketch.

I do not allow my artwork to be used for AI and similar purposes. Please do not upload it to any AI site as this could compromise my artwork.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

The prices indicated are estimates and may increase depending on the complexity of the project and the assignment, please keep this in mind.

I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem it appropriate (for example, if your character is extremely detailed).

After paying your commission, your username will be added to a publicly accessible list (Trello) here you will be assigned a numbered position. You will then be able to know your turn on the list. I do not usually work on more than 2 commission at a time.

Please remember to always check the Trello Dashboard to check the status of your drawing. I update with status and notes so you can keep track of the process.

If the client wishes to maintain the confidentiality of the commissioned artwork until they are ready to reveal it, they should inform the artist during their request.

I only accept EUR via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

The commissioner must provide his email address or discord to receive the invoice. The invoice acts as a contract and receipt, allowing both parties to access and view the contents of the commission agreement.

NOTE: I cannot begin working on your commission until the invoice is paid.

Tips are optional and always appreciated.

Once I finish the sketch there will be no refunds.

In case you might need to cancel the commission and nothing has been started yet, I will give a complete refund. Once the sketch has been approved, the client is not allowed a refund.

The only case in which I will offer a refund is if I fail to give any updates or finish the commission in the estimated time (three months), before that I won’t give ANY refunds.

A commission form is send, I'll be contacting you with a confirmation through the provided email (or Discord) within. Outlining the details, pricing and any additional questions I may have.

The commission will be processed through some steps: Payment > Sketch > Coloring

A watermark will be present until delivery of the final piece.

Once payment is made, there are three stages in which I will communicate with you:

Sketch

First I will send a black and white sketch to establish the main elements of the piece. Changes can be requested at this stage.

Color block/idea update

Secondly, the color stage, this is where you can see the type of palette and lighting that I will paint, it is still a rather messy view. Small changes can be requested at this stage.

Final piece

The complete rendered/colored part.

After your commission is fulfilled, you will be given a link to a Google Drive folder where you can download your file in full resolution (.png). (If there’s any other format you want just ask).

If you have a specific deadline in mind, feel free to discuss it with me beforehand and I'll be sure to let you know ahead of time if I can make it for that deadline or not.

I am working on other commissions and projects I am also studying, so the maximum delivery time would be 3 months. I appreciate your patience in exchange for my time!

The finished product will be sent as a PNG to your email or uploaded to Google drive (If there’s any other format you want just ask).

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
